Ashley Dodd is an Account Manager of Premium Service with the Arizona Cardinals, where she has been part of the organization for over eight years, including the past three in her current role. A proud Arizona native, Ashley was born and raised in Gilbert and earned her degree from Arizona State University. In her role, Ashley is dedicated to delivering elevated, personalized service to premium clients. She focuses on creating memorable experiences, fostering long-term relationships, and providing seamless support that reflects the highest standard of hospitality. Her commitment to proactive communication, attention to detail, and client-first mindset make her a trusted partner for season ticket members and suite holders alike. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, going to concerts, and trying new restaurants around the Valley.

Leslie Castro is an Arizona native with 2.5 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry. As an Account Manager, Premium Service for the Arizona Cardinals, she specializes in premium service, sales, renewal management, and ticketing support. Leslie is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating unforgettable game day experiences for her clients. Outside of the stadium, Leslie enjoys exploring Arizona’s vibrant food scene. A self-proclaimed foodie, she’s always excited to try new restaurants, discover hidden gems throughout the Valley, and is always open to recommendations.

Zach Ineson is an Account Manager on the Premium Service team and has been with the Cardinals since December 2023. Zach is originally from Buffalo, NY and has also lived in Michigan and Indiana. Him and his wife Ashley really enjoy the sunshine over the snowstorms. Zach prides himself on building strong relationships, communicating efficiently, and providing memorable experiences for his members. When Zach is away from work, you can usually find him hiking through Arizona with his wife, watching movies and occasionally attempting to figure out how to be better at golf.
